The Want-A-See list is a continually growing list of people who would like to be able to see the the Mummers on national TV.  

People from all over the United States, including Hawaii and other countries such as Ireland, Germany and Japan, have expressed a great interest in the parade.  We have also heard from military personnel stationed at the U.S. Naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  When we contact the media, we make a point to invite them to visit our list and read the comments.

I've tried for years to explain the Mummer's to my friends... a little Carni in Brazil mixed with Mardi Gras with a circus atmosphere in Las Vegas!!! But until they can view it on National TV they will just not get it!!  The world needs to know! And think of the publicity Philly will get! Tourists galore! I grew up in South Jersey watching the parade every New Years Day. Now that I am in England I have no way of viewing the show, nor can I share this fabulous tradition with my English family. It would be great if it was on National TV as well as viewable from the Web.......Patricia, Brighton, England

Really miss not seeing the mummers parade on TV.  I remember sitting on my dads shoulders watching the parade and fond memories of marching down broad street with the Avalon String Band in the late 70's with my cousin in South Philly marching behind me!.........Frank, Orlando, Florida
